How do I retry my experiments?

To reset your experiments, please contact our customer support team at hello@thelastingchange.com. Our team will manually handle the reset from our end.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset experiments directly within the app. We are working on this feature, but we do not have a release date yet.

Please note: Due to the complex nature of the experiments, we cannot reset specific experiments individually. Instead, we must reset all completed experiments in bulk. This process will remove all previous data, allowing you to try the experiments again from the beginning.
