How do I start using the app?
Once the app is installed, open it and tap "Log in." Enter the email address you used during registration (or checkout) and your password, then press "Log in" again.
If you can't log in because you forgot your password, simply tap the "Forgot password?" at the bottom. A password reset email will be sent to you. Please note that the email is valid for only 24 hours; after that, you will need to request a new one.

Begin by tracking only a few important factors to get the hang of it. The more data you enter, the better the insights you'll receive.

You can track almost anything with Lasting Change. Customize your homepage by clicking on your profile icon, going to Settings → App Preferences → Customize Homepage. Adjust it to focus on what's most important to you.
3. Understanding Factors
A Factor is anything you can track, like a morning ritual or today's weather. Customize your Factors by expanding the widget, and add, edit, or create new categories to make it personal.
4. Track Symptoms, Medications, and Supplements
Customize these sections to suit your health needs. For symptoms, mark their severity even if not present (rate as 0). For medications and supplements, set doses and reminders to log accurately.
5. Access Your Insights
Click the statistics icon on your homepage or go to the Insights screen to view your data. You'll see average ratings, trends, correlations, and how various factors impact your health.
6. Build Good Habits with Experiments
Experiments help you build good habits easily. Go to the Experiments page, choose one, and follow the steps to start new habits and break bad ones.
7. Sync with Google Fit or Apple Health
Sync Lasting Change with your phone's health app to automatically track health metrics like steps, sleep, and heart rate. Go to Settings → App Preferences → Connected Health Apps to turn on syncing. You can also manually enter data if needed.
